From Start to Finish
45+ Hours of consulting/planning to include:
- Quality venue and vendor referrals
- Establishing a budget
- On-site visits as often as necessary
- Menu selection, floor plan layouts
- Detailed itineraries
- Correspondence with all vendors
- Review contracts
- Ceremony outline
- Create place cards for seating
- Work with site coordinators
- (includes The Perfect Ending Package as well)
Day of services to include:
- 2-3 consultations including final walk through
- Direct rehearsal in conjunction with officiant
- 10 hours of service on wedding day
- Act as point person for all vendors and service providers
- Serve as the "go to gal" for all attendants and family members
- Emergency kit with back up supplies for wedding day
- Direct all moving parts as ceremony begins and progresses
- Direct bride and groom through toasting, cake cutting, dancing etc.
- Assist all service providers to ensure flow of reception
- Pack up gifts, centerpieces, and miscellaneous items in appropriate vehicles
- Disburse payment to vendors as needed
